Directors (sometimes called Trustees)
Responsible for the governance of the company, setting of strategy and agreeing the annual budget, the Directors play a vital role in the work of Sport Cheshire. Lead by the Chair, David Newton, the Directors work closely with the staff team to set the direction and strategy for the company. They all work on a voluntary basis and come from a wide range of backgrounds (from sport, health, and business), bringing a diverse range of skills and expertise to help us achieve our collective ambition of being one of the most successful county sports partnership's in England.
